Parry (F)
The Vector Parrying Engine. Generates a split-second defensive frame window capable of deflecting both physical strikes and high-velocity bullets. The mathematical threshold for a successful parry depends heavily on the interaction between weapon type and incoming vector angle. For hitscan weapons the cone is forgiving; for advanced weapons like the Phoenix the parry formula is strictly restricted to head-on vectors.

Practical tips
- Hold F to track the projectile centre
- Pre-empt Phoenix launches by sound
- Slide-parries suffer speed-begone - keep movement under 80ms input latency
